Who You Are

What You´ll Do

People & Culture Local Services (PCLS) are Functional Specialists providing unique country expertise to deliver best in class customer experience across the employee life cycle while at the same time driving operational excellence to ensure compliance. With collaboration being at the core of the team's success, PCLS acts as a liaison between country and global HR service delivery teams, forming key partnerships with HR Directors, People Relations, Total Rewards and all other HR teams, corporate functions, and external vendors. Responsibilities

The PCLS Associate focuses on building up on their local HR policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge to work more independently in their role. They work under the guidance of PCLS Consultant or Senior Consultant, utilizing their unique country knowledge, local HR Policy, employment legislation, regional and process knowledge, and is responsible for delivering People & Culture Local Services portfolio items either onsite or remotely acting as local subject matter experts. These activities include:

Employee Lifecycle Support

• Evaluates and validates local HR policy and legislative compliance for contractual changes, absence management, benefits operations and end of employment.
• Delivers onsite new hire day 1 onboarding sessions.
• Offers a broad 1:1 consultancy to SAP's internal customers on local HR policies.
• Ensures accurate knowledge and content management on all-relevant platforms are in place as well as SAP One updates for PCLS specific portfolio items.
• Acts as a 2nd level case manager for local HR policy queries in a service orientated and compliant way.
• Manages non-digital employee files and HR documentation wet signatures in countries where it is a legal and/or language requirement.
• Supports local regulatory activities to ensure country compliance.
  
  

Supports Process Improvement & Innovation

• Continuously monitors service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback seeking ways to improve work and processes, assessing service efficiency, risks, utilization, and customer experience.
• Actively supports on process improvement and innovation initiatives/projects and its subsequent change management activities.
  
  

Partnership With Other HR Teams

• Acts as a trusted partner and liaison with other HR teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the successful implementation and enhancements of new and existing local policies, tools, and processes as a country subject matter expert.
• In exceptional cases may represent other HR teams who are not located onsite, where on-site HR presence is essential for compliance reasons.

• Research, design, implement and maintain algorithms for 2D (e.g. images) and 3D (e.g. point clouds) data processing (e.g. segmentation and object detection)

Misión:

Maximiza el beneficio en todas las áreas del hotel a través de la planificación y la coordinación de grupos, y la contratación y planificación de eventos en el hotel, asistiendo para ello directamente al meeting planner o al cliente asegurando en todo momento que los estándares de calidad y servicio sobrepasan las expectativas de los clientes.

¿Qué debo hacer?

• Realizar cotizaciones para todas las peticiones de eventos sociales y reuniones con menos de 10 habitaciones que lleguen al hotel, independientemente de cuál sea su origen, siempre con el objetivo de obtener el mayor negocio posible tanto en restauración como en salones y otros servicios del hotel. Una vez confirmados estos servicios, elaborará el contrato de servicio correspondiente.
• Asegurar la coordinación de todos los detalles operacionales del grupo y de los eventos, informando de modo efectivo a todos los departamentos involucrados sobre las características y servicios requeridos para llevar a cabo estos con éxito.
• Elaborar los resúmenes de grupo, así como las órdenes de servicio de Alimentos y Bebidas, distribuyéndolos al menos 7 días antes de la llegada del grupo o de la fecha del evento.
• Recibir el expediente de grupo del Coordinador de Venta de Grupos, revisando el contrato, el programa y los salones bloqueados si los hubiera. Se realizará una llamada conjunta al cliente para presentarse como la nueva persona de contacto durante la planificación y la estancia del grupo, confirmando así los servicios contratados. Enviará un e-mail de seguimiento con sus datos personales.
• Asegurar las necesidades del cliente para así empezar el up-selling de Alimentos & Bebidas y servicios, maximizando las ventas y el beneficio.
• Llevar a cabo el seguimiento de depósitos y pagos de acuerdo con las fechas estipuladas en el contrato, actualizando la factura pro-forma y enviándosela al cliente cuando sea necesario.
• Solucionar, si surgiese, cualquier contratiempo con el grupo o evento. Realizar posteriormente el seguimiento adecuado con el cliente.
• Ejecutar el cierre de los expedientes con toda la información recibida. Informar a todos los departamentos del hotel sobre los comentarios de los clientes acerca del evento o grupo.
• Durante la estancia del grupo, estar presente en el hotel, manteniendo el contacto continuo con el cliente, apoyando la operación y asegurándose de que todo se desarrolla como está planificado.
• Realizar la revisión de la facturación del grupo/evento, asegurándose de que se ha hecho correctamente.
• Participar en las reuniones diarias de órdenes de servicio (Alimentos y Bebidas) y de resumen de grupos junto con todos los departamentos involucrados en la operativa.
• Planificar y ejecutar la reunión pre-convención (pre-con) para asegurarse de que se establece una relación directa entre los jefes de departamento y el meeting planner.
• Hacer el seguimiento con el cliente al finalizar el evento, llevando a cabo una entrevista a fin de evaluar su satisfacción en cuanto al desarrollo del programa y futuras oportunidades de negocio.
• En un máximo de tres días tras la salida del grupo del hotel, enviar al meeting planner y/o cliente final un e-mail de agradecimiento por haber elegido el hotel y emplazándolo a recibirlos en un futuro próximo.
• Dar la bienvenida al cliente (meeting planner), estableciendo una relación personal con el hotel.
  
  

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia mínima 2 años en una posición similar.
• Diplomatura o Licenciatura en Hostelería, Turismo o ADE
• Conocimientos de la operativa de grupos y coordinación de eventos.
• Persona organizada, resolutiva, con predisposición y facilidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad de negociación, perfil comercial, orientación a objetivos: habilidades analíticas.

REQUERIDO:
-           Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés. B2-C1
Skills:
-           Thorough understanding of AWS infrastructure and services including but not limited to AWS VPC, TransitGW, EC2, EBS, FSX, Elastic Disaster Recovery, etc.
-           Knowledge of VMware ESX, vSphere
-           Experience with MGN (application migration service)
-           Experience in automating & testing move to cloud assets
-           Strong experience on engineering & architecting AWS infrastructure solutions
-           Hands-on experience with the following concepts: AWS Landing Zone, Networking, Security

We are seeking an expert and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Data and Analytics Platforms in our Operations IT department. This role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our data and analytics strategy to support business objectives and achieve our 2030 vision.

The Director of Data, Analytics & AI Platforms will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining an integrated data ecosystem, maximising advanced analytics to drive business insights, and ensuring data quality and security across our operations while efficiently leading AstraZeneca resources.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Leadership

• Collaborate with AstraZeneca Operations leadership and business partners to define and implement the data and analytics platform strategy aligned with operations business goals.

• Storage platforms – Snowflake, S3 etc
• Integration platforms – DBT, snaplogic, Fivetran etc

• Develop, communicate, and implement an observability platform for five key pillars: Data Quality, Pipeline, Infrastructure, User, and Cost.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies in data and analytics (preferably pharmaceutical sector).
• Look to use the newest technologies in AI agentic frameworks to deliver a self-healing and self-optimising data platforms.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in CloudOps, DevOps, DataOps and infrastructure setup and maintenance
• Significant experience with Snowflake and AWS services, including infrastructure provisioning and orchestration services.
• Experience with observability, Cataloguing, Quality and integration tools
• Over a decade of proven experience in a leadership role, tasked with leading all aspects of data and analytics functions (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
• Proficiency in data transformation and analytics tools
• Experience with observability, Cataloguing, Quality and integration tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector
• Ideally has knowledge of IT/OT integration and modern use cases such as Digital Process Twins.
• Scaled Agile / Scrum methodology experience.
