About This Role
As part of our Strategic Resourcing Solutions (SRS) team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
The Site Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned Site Study tasks, working to facilitate the Principal Investigator (PI) job, contributing to the quality of the study, providing appropriate support to reach the milestones, pro-actively recruiting new patients and speeding up any data-entry process.
Work is conducted according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Queries resolution
- Assist with SAE notification
- Help investigator with patient recruitment
- Facilitate Ethics Committee submissions
- Attend Monitoring Visits, Audits and Inspections, if required
- Investigator File updating
- Patient visits schedule
- Study Drug Accountability and Dispensing logs
- Patients’ expenses payment
- Assist in investigators meetings or training when required
- Sample Management, not including any invasive procedure or contact with dangerous samples or substances
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life science or proven experienced in the role, only applicable when exclusively data entry tasks are going to be developed by the TFS’ employee.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities, with ability to maintain demanding timelines
- Good oral, written and communication skills in English.
- Ability and willingness to travel.

Descripción
Reporting to the CEO in UK and to the Group CFO in Spain, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Accounting Oversight
- Full supervision of the SAP accounting system and the finance team's output.
- Preparation and review of:
- Monthly management accounts, financial analysis, commentary, and KPI tracking.
- 12-24 month forecasts integrating P&L and Balance Sheet, updated monthly.
- Cash flow statements and forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Labour cost reviews (weekly and monthly).
- Product sales reports, margin analysis, and key KPI performance.
- Overhead reviews versus forecasts.
- Delivery of accurate and relevant financial information to the monthly Executive Committee.
- Oversight of year‑end processes, including external auditor coordination and preparation of the electronic audit file.
Tax and Regulatory Compliance
- Management of all UK tax matters: Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, pensions, P11D, PSA, etc.
- Coordination with tax advisors and Company Secretarial providers.
- Oversight of pension compliance (opt‑ins, opt‑outs, re‑enrolment).
- Preparation of board minutes and statutory documentation.
Strategic Business Support
- Supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership with business strategy assessment and monitoring.
- Acting as liaison between departments (procurement, technical, sales) to ensure smooth business operations.
- Contribution to financial strategy decisions, including banking relationships.
Finance Team Leadership & Operations Management
- Oversight of all core finance activities:
- Sales, customer accounts, and credit control.
- Purchasing, vendor management, and supplier payments.
- Asset register maintenance and SAP postings.
- Payroll processing and related tax payments.
- VAT return preparation and submission.
- Bank and cash account reconciliations and liquidity planning.
- Monitoring of cash investments and journal entry reviews.
- Ad hoc duties such as PSA agreements and company filings.
- Team leadership: performance monitoring, motivation, and ensuring high standards of execution.
- Close alignment with the Head Office controlling team (Spain) to ensure adherence to group policies.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- University Degree in Business/ Finance, or similar.
- MBA or Master in Finance is a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years working experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 will be a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing company and cost accounting is a must.
- Strong proficiency in financial accounting, management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Deep understanding of IFRS and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of UK-GAAP and local tax regulations (Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE), will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, margin analysis, and KPI-driven performance tracking.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement.
- Solid experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel/ financial modelling skills.

About The Role And The Team
As Product Manager in the Operations at Airports portfolio, you will responsible for all aspects regarding a product within the portfolio.
You will be responsible for delivering the strategic, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives for the assigned product(s). This role is pivotal in defining and executing the strategy to drive revenue and profitability in alignment with SITA’s strategic plans, while managing the product line’s performance throughout its lifecycle.
Reporting to the Product Director, you will join the AMS Product Management team, overseeing the development, maintenance, and evolution of all Airport Management Solutions products. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and the development team, you will set priorities and guide the product roadmap to ensure customer expectations are met.
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining all supporting materials, such as sales presentations, marketing collateral, training resources, and deployment guidelines. Additionally, you will ensure the financial health of the product in accordance with the approved business case.
