• Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their rooms

Como asistente de spa, desempeñará un papel fundamental a la hora de garantizar que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de una experiencia relajante y rejuvenecedora en nuestras instalaciones de spa de primera categoría.

• Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes al spa, proporcionando un ambiente cálido y acogedor.
• Ayudar a los terapeutas del spa a preparar las salas de tratamiento y mantener la limpieza.
• Proporcionar información sobre los servicios, tratamientos y productos del spa a los huéspedes.
• Garantizar los niveles adecuados de existencias de suministros y productos del spa, como son las toallas.

What functions will you do?

• Write and distribute presentations, editorial notices, calendar listings, and social media content.
• Advise on marketing and advertising copy and edit it to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop designs and graphic material in accordance with corporate standards for hotel advertising and promotional material.
• Oversee the layout and design of advertisements, promotional materials, and any other projects.
• Propose new and creative ideas and concepts to improve overall brand standards.
• Study and prepare layouts, sketches of proposed illustrations, and related materials.
• Determine the most appropriate style, techniques, and medium to produce the desired effects and meet reproduction requirements, or receive specific instructions on these variables.
• Formulate concepts and present illustrations and details based on mock-ups, sketches, and memories.
• Analyze illustrations at various stages of completion and make necessary changes.
• Maintain an up-to-date photo and video library, including a photographic record of all media and special events.
• Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office, and Acrobat knowledge.
• Skills in the field of photography and video editing.
