Descripción del puesto
El Community Manager será responsable de dinamizar y hacer crecer la comunidad online de Sotogrande mediante contenido atractivo y de alta calidad. Este puesto requiere un narrador creativo con sólidas habilidades fotográficas, un profundo conocimiento de las tendencias en redes sociales y la capacidad de redactar textos persuasivos tanto en inglés como en español.
Responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias en redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook y LinkedIn) para aumentar la interacción y el reconocimiento de la marca.
- Crear contenido visual impactante, incluyendo fotografía y vídeos cortos, alineados con el posicionamiento premium de Sotogrande.
- Redactar textos atractivos y coherentes con la marca para publicaciones, pies de foto y stories en inglés y español.
- Monitorizar los canales sociales, responder a las interacciones de la comunidad y fomentar una participación significativa.
- Analizar métricas de rendimiento y optimizar las estrategias de contenido para maximizar alcance e impacto.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias en redes sociales e implementar ideas innovadoras para mantener a Sotogrande a la vanguardia del engagement digital.
Requisitos
- Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de redes sociales para marcas de estilo de vida, hostelería o lujo.
- Habilidades excepcionales en fotografía y una estética visual sólida.
- Excelente capacidad de redacción en inglés y español.
- Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas en redes sociales, analítica y optimización de contenido.
- Mentalidad creativa con atención al detalle y coherencia de marca.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar horarios flexibles.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality industry while developing your skills in sales and marketing.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote SO/ Sotogrande's services and amenities
- Support the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clients
- Help create engaging content for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Conduct basic market research and analyze data to support decision-making processes
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials, including presentations and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for improving marketing efforts
- Support the team in maintaining customer relationships and enhancing guest experiences
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations
