• Colaborar internamente con los departamentos de marketing, estrategia de datos, operaciones e IT, así como con proveedores externos, en aquellos proyectos relacionados con la información que afecten al departamento.
• Dar soporte a la dirección del departamento y a los responsables de canales de distribución en el análisis del rendimiento del equipo de gestores, proponiendo mejoras que puedan contribuir a incrementar su rendimiento.
• Crear estructura de seguimiento y análisis de resultados de las distintas campañas y acciones comerciales realizadas para valorar continuidad, eficiencia y productividad de las mismas.

Buscamos:

• Una persona con ganas de enseñar lo que sabe y aprender aún más en un proyecto retador y con desarrollo
• Que haya cursado Grado/Doble Grado: ADE, Ciencias Económicas, Finanzas, Actuariales, Comercio, Marketing, investigación de mercados y/o disciplinas afines.
• Que tenga experiencia profesional de+ 1 año de experiencia sectorial (banca/seguros) y + de 5 en puestos similares relacionados con el control y la planificación comercial.
• Que posea conocimientos de herramientas y tecnología de CRM y BI. Explotación y análisis de datos (Office, Power BI).
