Information About The Position
The Inside Sales Team Manager will be responsible for managing and guiding a remote team of International Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives. This leadership role focuses on supporting team members in achieving high performance, fostering their professional development, and driving the success of acquisition practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment with organisational goals while maintaining a strong team culture.
In this position, you’ll
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support professional growth and address any challenges.
- Identify and provide opportunities for skill development and career advancement within the team.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement acquisition strategies that align with organisational objectives.
