Sourcing Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Sourcing : Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.
  
  

What you bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business management
• Experience : Several years of relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing. Specific in Active Ingredient, Formulation materials management, Packing Industry. Also value Contract Manufacturing Industry experience or Procurement Category Management.
• Technical Skills : Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Languages : Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage such German and Spanish.
