Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Experience Consultant Intern to join our team. You will support strategic projects for leading financial institutions, helping them transform their corporate culture, improve customer experience, and drive operational excellence. This role combines analytical rigor, creativity, and strong communication skills to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research and benchmarking for financial services clients to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Business Diagnosis: Analyze client processes, organizational structures, and performance indicators to detect inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Solution Design: Support the development of strategic initiatives focused on customer experience, digital transformation, and operational optimization within financial institutions.
• Project Delivery: Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project milestones, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Financial Insights & Reporting: Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using data analysis and visualization tools to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client teams and internal experts to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Organizational Psychology, or similar.
• Interest in strategic consulting, financial services, and corporate transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in report creation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and minimum B2 level in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
