Role overview

Join CARRER as a Fashion Buying & Merchandising Intern. You will support the definition and implementation of seasonal buying and merchandising strategies, partnering with design, sales, and production to help build a cohesive and commercially strong product offer. This is a hands on role that blends analytical work, market awareness, and product curation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing seasonal buying and merchandising plans.
• Support assortment building, basic pricing work, and SKU distribution based on market and brand positioning.
• Compile and analyze sales reports to identify quick learnings and in season adjustments.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure selections reflect CARRER’s brand DNA.
• Help with inventory planning, stock checks, and sell through follow up across channels.
• Contribute to wholesale tasks such as line sheets preparation and key account support.
• Monitor trends and the competitive landscape to flag commercial opportunities.
• Assist with markdown planning, reorders, and end of season stock management including outlet and archive actions.
• Partner with marketing and visual teams to strengthen product storytelling.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with merchandising tools is a plus.
• Strong organization and follow through with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication.
• Genuine passion for fashion, product, and brand storytelling.
