About The Role 🚀

You will report directly to the Talent Marketing Lead and support our internal communication campaigns, the script and agenda of our weekly company-wide All Hands meeting, and help with event setup to boost talent attraction. You’ll work closely with the Engagement and Office teams, in addition to your own, to bring projects to life!

Key responsibilities:

• Own and centralize cross-company internal communication initiatives and campaigns (calendar).
• Draft and publish onboarding, campaign, and company-wide messages.
• Support All Hands logistics: invites, agenda, Q&A, and live support.
• Update our LinkedIn Company Page and website “About Us” section.
• Run surveys and track comms engagement data.
• Research trends and gather stories for employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate in the planning and support of events aimed at talent attraction.
  
  

Your profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Comfortable speaking in public (e.g. moderating Q&A or supporting live events).
• Strong sense of storytelling and ability to turn complex ideas into engaging narratives.
• Demonstrable experience in internal communication management and event planning.
• Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous tasks or projects.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Experience building agendas for podcasts or similar formats is highly valued.
• Background in marketing, journalism, or related creative fields is a strong plus.
