About the role

You will join the Talent Marketing team, reporting directly to the Talent Marketing Lead within People. Your mission will be to create content and elevate our communication to the world. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Social Media teams to produce content that attracts top talent, while also creating fun, high-quality pieces for our global Factorial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual setup and creative production of All Hands and other key events.


• Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content.


• Design visual assets for internal and external communication (Figma, Adobe, etc.).


• Ensure all content follows Factorial’s visual identity.


• Support employer branding campaigns with creative ideas and event coverage.

Your profile:

• Portfolio in photo, video, and/or visual design projects.


• Solid experience in video and photo editing (Adobe, Final Cut, or similar).


• Skills in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).


• Experience with live streaming tools (OBS or equivalent) is a plus.


• Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas and visual storytelling.


• Ability to manage projects from ideation to delivery with autonomy.


• Strong teamwork skills, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Social Media, and People teams.


• Interest or background in employer branding, marketing, or creative production.


• Intermediate level of English.
