About The Role 🚀

We’re looking for a Video & Employer Branding Content Creator to join our Talent Marketing team. Your mission: help us tell Factorial’s story to the world of talent. You’ll create engaging videos, photos, and campaigns that show what it’s really like to work here, from big events like All Hands and tech conferences, to everyday stories of our people and culture.

You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Social Media, and People teams to make sure our employer brand feels consistent, creative, and inspiring at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do 💡

• Capture and edit videos and photos that bring our people and culture to life.
• Design visuals for our careers site, social media, and internal communications.
• Support talent campaigns: social media, employee advocacy, and careers site updates.
• Help shape and roll out Factorial’s global employer branding strategy.
• Make sure our EVP (Employer Value Proposition) messages and visual identity show up everywhere in the candidate journey.
• Bring creativity to big moments like All Hands, conferences, and talent events.
  
  

What We’re Looking For 🎯

• A portfolio with photo, video, or design projects (ideally linked to people, culture, or branding).
• Solid skills in video/photo editing (Adobe, Final Cut, or similar).
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Bonus if you know live streaming tools (OBS or equivalent).
• A creative eye and passion for storytelling.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end, while also enjoying teamwork.
• Interest in employer branding, digital engagement, or talent marketing.
• Comfortable working in English (intermediate level).
