For Fidia offices in Madrid, we are recruiting a


Product Manager, Spain.



Main responsibilities:

  • Work with the commercial department to identify marketing and professional environmental needs for drug development projects.
  • Provide literature reviews of company marketing/promotional items and indicate medical/scientific strategies to meet local needs, providing them to the sales force or customers.
  • Participate in the development of marketing tools or in the adaptation of materials designated by the headquarters.
  • Prepare materials to cover the needs of the sales team and healthcare professionals (protocols, product presentations).
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all area opinion leaders (KOL).
  • Represent the company at national or international professional events and promote company products.
  • Form, build, and extend profitable business relationships with clients or key accounts at events.
  • Update external and internal clients on advances communicated at events.
  • Use systems to monitor the progress of activities and the success of marketing initiatives and action plans.
  • Report to the indicated departments and keep company databases updated with activities involving doctors, including support provided, results, and details for evaluating client evolution and future actions.



Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in sales, medical, or marketing within the pharmaceutical or health industry, with at least 3 years in a specialty or specific therapeutic area.
  • Bachelor's or vocational degree, preferably in Pharmacy/Medicine or disciplines related to Fidia's business.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and understand complex issues and problems and interpret information to provide appropriate recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to travel extensively as dictated by business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Spanish proficiency as well as English B2 level.
