What This Program Is About

• Professional Development program for recent graduates.
• Duration 2 years.
• Full time position.
• The candidate will join our Digital & IT Global Hub in Madrid.
• Rotations in different departments such as Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation service.
• Mentor support and ongoing training.
• Access to JTI Internal Vacancies.

What Will You Do – Responsibilities  

Since this is a rotational program, tasks and knowledge areas will be varied. Graduates provide support in different Digital & IT departments Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation service.

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements  

• Recent graduate or finishing university studies.
• Students or graduates from Industrial engineering, Computer engineering or similar.
• Skills proactivity, flexibility, positive attitude towards learning, results-oriented, and good communication.
• Geographical mobility.
