We are currently looking for a Business Analyst Advisor to join our team in our Madrid Head Office.

As a Business Analyst Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Region by analyzing data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. You will provide actionable recommendations that drive value for our Retail population and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Job responsibilities

• Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for the business of the Region
• Recommend solutions that enhance business efficiency and value for the Retail Population
• Understanding of business strategies, objectives, and how different operations contribute to overall success.
• Communication and presentation skills to facilitate transversal approach within Departments and Stores.
• Advanced Knowledge of tools and software such as Excel and Power BI, is a key requirement for the position
• Retail Experience is a plus

• Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proven ability to deliver results.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• MS Office, Excel & Power BI proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to changes.
• Strong communication skills and easily connects with others.
• Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
  
  

Required Profile & Experience

• Previous experience as Business Analytsts in a similar role or in retail, in the luxury industry it will be highly appreciated
• It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law.
• Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
