At MELLER, we are expanding our retail presence and looking for someone obsessed with aesthetics, detail, and brand experience to ensure every space perfectly reflects who we are.

We want every customer entering a MELLER store or corner to experience a premium, elevated, and visually consistent environment.

This role is for someone with exceptional aesthetic sensitivity and a strong eye for design, capable of transforming spaces and elevating brand perception through flawless execution.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for ensuring MELLER’s retail presence is visually impeccable across all stores and corners.

By regularly visiting retail locations, you will identify opportunities for improvement, elevate execution standards, and help create a premium and consistent physical brand experience across all markets.

Working closely with Retail, Brand, Design, and Expansion teams, you will help shape and maintain a premium retail experience across all markets.

Responsibilities

· Visit stores and retail locations on a regular basis.

· Ensure excellent brand presentation and visual merchandising execution.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, product display, and furniture condition.

· Detect issues and coordinate fast, effective solutions.

· Conduct brand audits and quality reports.

· Perform mystery shopper evaluations to assess the real customer experience.

· Propose improvements in retail design and spatial experience.

· Support the development and evolution of retail spaces.

· Collaborate with internal teams to continuously elevate the physical brand experience.

· Ensure flawless execution of launches, campaigns, and visual standards.

· Understand how space, execution, and aesthetics impact customer perception and retail performance.
