Descripción
- Provides guidance and oversight to the regional and global planners.
- Translates the strategic and tactical roadmap of the brand into a planning strategy across the end to end supply chain planning.
- Translates manufacturing constrains and opportunities to influence or guide the tactical marketing and commercial initiatives (feasibility of short term initiatives).
- Amongst others, is responsible for the readiness of key launches, pilot with Regional Leads the balance between demand and capacities through the regional S&OPs.
- Coordinates with Finance and Commercial teams the IBP (Integrated business planning) process
- Manages with other functions within Operations for the smooth delivery of our products (from sourcing of raw and pack materials until delivery to our customers)
- Proposes and promotes opportunities of continuous improvements in all areas, including demand planning
- Responsible for the life cycle management of the assigned portfolio of products - works with analytics team to optimize the portfolio
- In charge of the S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) for the given Brand
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree, engineering or business degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the supply chain in a global, matrix organization
- Experience with Long-Range Planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Experience with Systems (ERP, Planning Tools)
- APICS, Process Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma certifications are an advantage
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning operations
- Demonstrated Change management leadership
- An enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems
- Ability to partner in a cross-functional team environment
- Problem solving, decision making, planning, analytical and project management skills
- Business acumen, understanding of the business and environment, with a heightened sense of good judgement
- Fluency in English
