EDUCATION

The candidate should have at least a Degree in Economics/Business Administration, or a Master Degree

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of Finance and Model Financing; good understanding of P&L´s.
• High level of English (as a great part of the work will be international contacts). Fluency in another language (besides Spanish) would be an advantage.
• Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

MAIN DUTIES

• Support the Development & Asset Management Department.
• Assist the team in their day-to-day activities.
• Cooperate with other in-house areas such as Legal, Financial, or Investment Analysis Department.
• Help in market research, lead generations, technical/financial analysis of the various deals, negotiations, due diligences and other processes that would be required for every development opportunity that the Company would pursue around the world.
• Help in the processes of Asset Divestments and Rent renegotiations.
• Create / update Asset Files.
• Build Data Rooms and retrieve the necessary information in order to support the decision making process.
