Role Description

Position: Customer Relations Officer (Full-Time, Remote)

Location Requirement: You must already reside in Spain (preferably Madrid) and be legally authorized to work there.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time. Daily tasks include:

• Communicating with clients in both Spanish and English
• Managing project timelines and coordinating with the creative team
• Addressing client concerns promptly
• Scheduling regular check-ins to provide updates and gather feedback that enhances client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in relationship management and customer service
• Project-management abilities, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with architectural renderings and 3D visualizations(Plus)
• Proficiency with CRM software and project-management tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willingness to work in a commission-based compensation structure
