We are a high-growth sports tech startup transitioning from being the leaders in Velocity Based Training (VBT) to becoming the all-in-one S&C platform for elite coaches and athletes. Our technology is used by professional teams in the NBA, NFL, and European football leagues. We ship fast, we own our work, and we are obsessed with our customers.
At Vitruve, we are moving from being the leaders in VBT to becoming the all-in-one S&C platform for elite coaches worldwide. We need a force multiplier. Someone who can scale our reach through external partners while keeping our brand at the center of the global S&C conversation. Your success will be measured by two things: the growth of our international distributor network and the engagement of our digital community.
1. Distributor & Global Sales Operations
- International Expansion: Proactively scout, vet, and onboard new distributors in key markets (with a focus on the US and Europe).
- Partner Success: Own the relationship with our existing distributor network. You are their point of contact for technical quotes, contract negotiations, and quarterly order increases.
- Sales Enablement: Ensure our partners have the latest product info, marketing assets, and inventory updates to sell Vitruve effectively.
2. Affiliate & Influencer Engine
- Growth: Identify and recruit the "top 1%" of S&C coaches and influencers to our affiliate program.
- Performance: Manage the affiliate lifecycle鈥攆rom onboarding to performance tracking鈥攅nsuring they are active, motivated, and consistently driving New ARR.
3. Social Media & Community Ownership
- Execution: Lead our presence across Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Tone of Voice: Maintain Vitruve鈥檚 unique identity: technical, data-heavy, but visually elite and actionable. You aren't just "posting"; you are building authority in the high-performance space.
- Engagement: Turn our followers into a community. Engage with elite coaches, reply to technical queries, and keep Vitruve top-of-mind.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You enjoy the thrill of opening new markets. You are comfortable cold-pitching a distributor or negotiating a complex bulk order.
- S&C Fluent: You understand the world of high-performance sports. You know what a "Force-Velocity Profile" is and why an elite coach needs it. You can talk shop with the best in the industry.
- Content Savvy: You have an eye for what works on social media. You can translate complex sports science into engaging, high-impact digital content.
- Bilingual Mastery: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is non-negotiable. You will be negotiating with partners in the US, Europe, and Australia daily.
- Bias for Action: In the time it takes someone else to "think about a strategy," you鈥檝e already sent five pitches and drafted three posts. You own your work and its results.
You won't be running someone else's machine. You'll be building your own.
