Job Overview
Welocalize is an award-winning localization and data transformation company. We run one of the world’s largest Ads Rating Programs and we want you to join our team as a Learning & Development Manager.
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be integral to the success of the Ads program by developing, designing, and managing learning pathways and content for new Ads Raters.
With the support of our Data Analysts, you’ll use production data to identify and address sources of misalignment between learning and production.
You’ll be part of a wider team of data scientists, analysts, and expert raters working to improve the digital experience for end-users across the world.
In other words, you will be the expert our team relies on to ensure high-quality learning materials for future and current Ads Raters.
This Role Is Great For People Who
- Have extensive experience in managing learning programs aligned to rapidly evolving and experimental work streams
- Can interpret inter-annotator agreement data sets and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Are skilled at mediating productive discussions that pin-point sources of misalignment and can build consensus among diverse team members
- Can quickly iterate on learning assets to incorporate findings from calibration sessions
Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Remote/work from home, Spain– Note: Even though the position is WFH, you must reside in Spain. This will be automatically checked during the hiring process.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Project Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
Experience & Requirements
- Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced understanding of the ML life cycle and standard quality analytics including Krippendorff Alpha, K1 and similar
- Expert learning path design and learning content authoring skills, ensuring alignment between guidelines and curriculum
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Familiar with working in an Agile development environment
- Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement
