Responsibilities

• Creating an integration strategy – developing a global approach to integration, including the identification and prioritization of ERP systems.
• Business process analysis – exploring and mapping processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory synchronization, and financial reporting, in order to design integrations that automate work and reduce operational errors.
• Defining use cases – specifying concrete use cases and data flows for each integration, with a focus on usability for roles like accountants, CFOs, and operations managers.
• Collaboration with technology partners – building and nurturing relationships with ERP system providers.
• Technical evaluation and product requirements – assessing the technical capabilities of integrations (APIs, iPaaS, other middleware platforms) and preparing clear, functional requirements in collaboration with the engineering team.
  
  

• Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS – ideally with platform products, APIs, or integration solutions. What matters is a strong understanding of complex structures and working closely with technical teams.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and the business processes they support – no accounting expertise required, but you should be comfortable navigating this world: order-to-cash, invoicing, inventory synchronization, and financial reporting.
• Experience with international ERP systems – understanding their scale, diversity, and what it's like to work with large volumes of data in complex organizations.
• Technical skills – the ability to read API documentation, discuss system architecture, and translate business needs into concrete technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Your task will be to set the direction for our Amazon-related products worldwide. We’re looking for someone to take the helm — like the CEO of this area — and lead it in a way that delivers real value to sellers across all major markets and Amazon programs.

• Developing and managing the global roadmap – creating a long-term development plan for the Amazon ecosystem, taking into account market priorities (North America, Europe, Asia) as well as programs like FBA, Seller-Fulfilled Prime, and Amazon Advertising.

Resumen de la posición

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Diseño de Procesos para unirse a nuestras oficinas centrales en Vitoria, reportando directamente al Process Manager. Tendrás un rol clave en proyectos internacionales en los sectores de Petróleo, Gas y Energía, participando en el diseño y suministro de equipos como:

• Calentadores a fuego directo
• Reformadores
• Skids de proceso
• Plantas de tratamiento de gas
• Paquetes de incineración

Tu misión será liderar las actividades de diseño de procesos, desarrollando la ingeniería básica y de detalle, y asegurando el cumplimiento de cronogramas.

Responsabilidades principales

• Análisis y diseño de procesos: Diseño de procesos, equipos e instrumentación según requerimientos del cliente.
• Ingeniería conceptual y básica: Definición de equipos e instalaciones desde la fase inicial del proyecto.
• Documentación técnica: Preparación de hojas de datos, especificaciones y cálculos de ingeniería.
• Comunicación interdisciplinar: Coordinación eficaz con otras disciplinas y proveedores.
• Gestión documental: Control del ciclo de aprobación con clientes y proveedores (ERP).

Perfil requerido

Formación:

• Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Industrial (preferiblemente especialización en Ingeniería Química, Energía o Procesos Térmicos).

Experiencia:

• Mínimo 4 años como Ingeniero/a de Procesos en plantas industriales.
• Experiencia en proyectos internacionales y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
• Trayectoria en empresas de ingeniería para sectores como petróleo y gas, química, refino o petroquímica.

Conocimientos técnicos:

• Manejo de software de simulación de procesos (Aspen, HYSYS).
• Conocimiento de Autocad y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
• Familiaridad con normativas ASME, API u otros códigos internacionales.

• Especialidad: Ingeniería de Informática en sistema de información e ingeniería de software, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Tecnologías y Servicios de Telecomunicación, Tecnología Digital y Multimedia
• Experiencia previa: 3 años de experiencia mínima en puesto con tareas similares. Conocimiento en procesos de desarrollo, validación e integración SW / HW. Sectores relacionados: automoción, aeronáutica, instalaciones e integraciones multimedia, etc
• Idiomas: Inglés medio-alto, Alemán deseable
• Conocimientos informáticos: Sistemas Operativos Linux y Windows a nivel experto, Creación de máquinas virtuales y contenedores, Conocimientos de infraestructura cloud, AWS y Azure, Wireshark Avanzado

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Programación en C/C++, Java, Python
• Programación Web (Angular, REACT)
• Uso y gestión de bases de datos
• Web Services, protocolos IoT (MQTT) y API REST
• Herramientas de testeo de software
• Herramientas de DevOps, IT

Habilidades de Gestión:

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación en un grupo multidisciplinar dentro de Ingeniería y con proveedores externos.
• Gestión en entorno multiproyecto (trazabilidad, seguimiento de puntos abiertos, estimación de esfuerzo y tiempo de las tareas)
• Capacidad de decidir / priorizar en su ámbito de trabajo en proyectos
• Resolución de incidentes de acuerdo con las prioridades.
