Estamos buscando un Analista BI para impulsar el desarrollo de la capa informacional del banco y aportar valor directo al negocio y a la dirección. Su misión será transformar datos —estructurados y no estructurados— en conocimiento útil que permita entender mejor el negocio, el mercado y nuestros clientes, así como identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.

La persona seleccionada formará parte de un equipo transversal y tendrá un rol clave como analista end‑to‑end, combinando análisis ad‑hoc, automatización de procesos, definición de KPIs, construcción de dashboards y participación activa en la migración de nuestros procesos y proyectos al entorno cloud.

Este rol es ideal para alguien con iniciativa, fuerte capacidad analítica, curiosidad y ganas de asumir un papel amplio y de impacto dentro del equipo.

Las Principales Responsabilidades Son

• Gestión de la relación con los clientes (dirección y áreas de negocio):
• Interlocución habitual con dirección y áreas de negocio para entender necesidades y traducirlas en soluciones basadas en datos.
• Priorización y planificación de los proyectos y peticiones recurrentes.
• Gestión de expectativas, seguimiento y comunicación de resultados.
  
  

Realización de proyectos en los que se aborda el ciclo completo de análisis de información:

• Toma de requerimientos de información de negocio
• Exploración de datos en Datapool y/o fuentes externas. Desde la búsqueda hasta el tratamiento de los datos hasta generar la información necesaria
• Propuesta y generación de KPIs
• Construcción de los informes / análisis para presentar la información
• Comunicación de resultados a los clientes
• Diseño, elaboración, mantenimiento y automatización los procesos para seguimientos recurrentes o peticiones puntuales.
  
  

Para Realizar Estas Funciones, Será Necesario

• Tener conocimientos técnicos para llevar a cabo los informes que se requieran desde negocio
• Tener cualidades analíticas que permitan entender la lógica de negocio y proponer nuevas ideas o estrategias que ayuden a impulsarlo
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, así como creatividad y atención a los detalles en la visualización y comunicación de información.
  
  

Requisitos mínimos

• Licenciatura/máster en carreras técnicas (ciencias o ingenierías) u otras carreras con formación en matemáticas/estadística
• Fuertes capacidades de análisis y gestión de datos, con uso de herramientas de análisis y explotación de Bases de datos: fluidez en Data Discovery y Análisis Estadísticos con herramientas como SQL, PL/SQL, Python, GIT, Airflow. Formación en lenguajes de programación
• Nivel avanzado herramientas de ofimática (Excel, Power Point, etc). Se valorará VBA
• Generación de dashboards con herramientas de visualización como QlikSense, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Se valorará experiencia trabajando o analizando los distintos canales de relación de los clientes (digital, oficina, etc.).
• Se valorará experiencia previa en Google Cloud o en otras plataformas cloud (AWS, etc.).
• Valorable experiencia previa en Banca en departamentos de BI o similar, explotando información de las BBDD para realizar análisis y seguimientos.

Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Junior Shopify con ganas de crecer en el ecosistema eCommerce, que quiera desarrollar su carrera combinando ejecución técnica con aprendizaje constante y visión de negocio.

Este puesto es en nuestras oficinas de Valencia (Roas Hunter), donde trabajarás junto al equipo de desarrollo y growth en proyectos reales desde el primer día.

Este rol tendrá un enfoque principalmente práctico (70-80%) en desarrollo sobre Shopify, con acompañamiento del equipo senior para seguir creciendo técnica y estratégicamente.

Funciones

• Participar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de tiendas en Shopify
• Implementar y personalizar themes (Liquid) bajo supervisión
• Apoyar en la integración de herramientas externas (APIs, apps, analítica, etc.)
• Colaborar con el equipo en la resolución de incidencias técnicas
• Optimizar aspectos básicos de rendimiento y usabilidad en ecommerce
• Aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo (control de versiones, testing básico, documentación)
• Dar soporte técnico a perfiles no técnicos del equipo
  
  

Requisitos

• 1-2 años de experiencia (o proyectos demostrables) en desarrollo web
• Conocimientos básicos/intermedios de Shopify y Liquid
• Base sólida en HTML, CSS y JavaScript
• Interés por el ecosistema eCommerce y el crecimiento digital
• Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y actitud proactiva
• Familiaridad con Git y entornos de desarrollo
• Nivel de inglés técnico
  
  

Valoramos especialmente si también tienes:

• Experiencia previa con Shopify (themes, apps o proyectos propios)
• Conocimientos básicos de CRO o analítica digital
• Experiencia con herramientas como Google Analytics, Tag Manager o similares
• Conocimientos de rendimiento web (Core Web Vitals)
• Interés por automatización e integraciones
