Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or a related area, or proven relevant working experience

Developer con experiencia de al menos dos años en Python y AWS que formará parte clave de squads ágiles, participando tanto en iniciativas de transformación como en actividades BAU (Business As Usual).
La persona seleccionada contribuirá al diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones para Contact Centre, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y las regulaciones del sector.
🛠️ Responsabilidades
Desarrollo de AWS Lambda Functions en Python para soluciones de Contact Centre.
Implementación y mantenimiento de infraestructura como código (CloudFormation, SAM CLI).
Participación en pipelines CI/CD y flujos de trabajo basados en Git.
Desarrollo de soluciones con Amazon Connect, incluyendo Contact Flows y Amazon Lex.
Colaboración activa en entornos Agile, dentro de equipos multidisciplinares.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
✅ Requisitos obligatorios
Experiencia en desarrollo e implementación en Python sobre AWS Lambda.
Programación práctica en Python (imprescindible) y conocimientos en Java y JavaScript.
Experiencia en Amazon Connect, desarrollo de Contact Flows y Amazon Lex.
Conocimientos del SDLC, diseño de software, seguridad, cloud e Infrastructure as Code.
Experiencia con CI/CD y Git workflows.
Conocimiento general de la arquitectura AWS (AWS Cloud Fundamentals).
Nivel alto de inglés, escrito y hablado.
