Tus responsabilidades principales serán:

• Trabajar directamente con el equipo Scrum para apoyar iniciativas pequeñas o de baja complejidad y brindar soporte a Scrum Masters senior en iniciativas de alta complejidad.
• Liderar la transformación ágil continua y sus prácticas, promoviendo la responsabilidad y la transparencia en todos los niveles de la organización.
• Colaborar en la definición, refinamiento y especificación del backlog.

Buena interlocución para la comunicación con los equipos.

Se valorará el bagaje técnico (por ejemplo conocimiento en BBDD) para entender el lenguaje del equipo. (No se va a programar pero al tener ese bagaje será más facil entender al equipo). Se trata de que aporte un valor añadido.

Nivel de inglés B2 (nivel Oral)

Disponibilidad para acudir a la oficina de Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón) 1 vez a la semana. El resto desde casa en teletrabajo.

Who will you be working with?

You will report directly to the Head of Data and work closely with the rest of the Engineering team in Barcelona and the rest of Spain. We are a young and dynamic team that’s waiting for you with arms open!

You are the right fit if you have:

• Strong experience with packages such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn, Plotly, statsmodels, etc.
• Hands-on experience implementing supervised, unsupervised, and probabilistic models.
• Experience translating models into real products or automated decision processes.
• Experience production models, including:
• Building pipelines for training, testing, and deployment
• Working with APIs, containers (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Model monitoring and versioning
• Experience with version control (Git), code modularity, testing, documentation
• Strong SQL skills; ability to design, query, and transform data efficiently

¿A QUÉ RETO TE VAS A ENFRENTAR?

Diseño de sistemas software que representen diferentes elementos de una misión espacial:

- Desarrollo y pruebas unitarias en Java principalmente de los diferentes productos del área, con énfasis en el rendimiento.
- Integración y orquestación de los algoritmos en una aplicación unitaria.
- Pruebas del sistema.
- Comunicación de los resultados de la validación y corrección de errores.
- Apoyo al despliegue y mantenimiento de las infraestructuras software (integración continua, GIT, dockers, etc.) de los entornos que usa el área.

¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS EN NUESTRO EQUIPO?

Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en ingeniería de software y dominio de programación en Java. Experiencia laboral en GIT, Dockers y metodología agile, Linux y desarrollo de aplicaciones de software complejas.
También valoraremos experiencia previa y conocimientos en:

- Desarrollo de aplicaciones espaciales Python y/o C++.
- Benchmarking de software y optimización del rendimiento.

Estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de Soluciones con experiencia en Frontend y Cloud para unirse a nuestro equipo. Tu día a día como Full Stack Developer en OMNIOS:

• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web utilizando ReactJS y Ant Design.

• Desplegar y gestionar infraestructuras utilizando Terraform y CI/CD.

Serás un fit si tienes:

• Experiencia Profesional: Mínimo 2/3 años de experiencia en desarrollo full stack.
