Your day-to-day responsibilities

As a Business Manager, you will have a global view of the business, leading a unit and acting as the link between clients, technical teams, and corporate departments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Business development: prospecting, identifying new opportunities, and acquiring new clients across various sectors.
• Project and profitability management: monitoring proposals, preparing budgets, managing P&L, and analyzing margins.
• People management: defining needs, recruiting, hiring, and supporting consultants throughout their career path.
• Client relationship: coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Leadership and strategy: driving the growth of your unit through effective resource management and goal achievement.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
• English level: B2 or higher.
