CNC SPAIN ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Description
CNC Spain is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist who will report to the Operations department but will provide support in various administrative and clerical tasks within the organization. We’re looking for someone who could integrate fast in a dynamic team, and deliver, in general, clerical duties as you will take on various tasks on a day-to-day basis. Proficient in handling office tools and most common computer applications, you will work closely with colleagues and staff from other teams, as well with students and teaching staff, managers, and third-party providers.
TASKS
As an Administrative Support Specialist at our company, you will:
· Assist in Production Department, with data encoding, invoices, payments, billings and lists of vendors
· Assist in Production Department for student shootings and events (contact with model agencies, photographers, stylists, photo studios, catering, etc.)
· Assist in Production Department for school events
· Assist in the accounting department to help in filing and organizing invoices, receipts, data encoding and payments.
· Assist in the Admissions department with admissions encoding and processing data,
students’ communications, and payments.
· Assist in the Alumnae department with the processing of university agreements for
internal and external internships and students’ relationship
· Assist to the Secretary of students at eventual clerical tasks.
· Assist in the HR department to help in all clerical tasks.
· Take part in office management, particularly in doing most of the general clerical tasks.
· Organize and prepare schedules for different departments in the office.
· Monitor office and stationery supplies and ensure to request for new orders when necessary.
· Work closely with other departments to assist in clerical tasks.
OUR IDEAL ADMINSITRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST WILL HAVE
· Ability to multitask and be organized.
· Sufficient experience in administrative service support.
· Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Proficient in office equipment including fax machines, copy machines, projectors, modern phone system, and printers.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge of accounting and finance is an added plus.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree (minimum).
· English B2, or similar (with certification).
· Exceptional attention to detail and great organizational skills.
· Ability to combine different tasks.
· Team worker.
· References from 1-2 previous employers, mandatory.
· Immediate availability.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
This schedule may vary depending on College needs.
Type of position: Permanent contract. Trial period of two months.
In person, at Condé Nast College, Madrid.
