Role Overview:
This role ensures excellent B2B customer service and efficient ecommerce order management. It acts as a key operational link between customers, Shopify, Odoo ERP, logistics, finance, and internal teams to guarantee a smooth end-to-end order flow and a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage B2B customer communications across email, phone, WhatsApp, and web channels.
· Handle inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery, logistics incidents, and invoicing. Proactively follow up with key B2B customers and resolve issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
· Review and validate B2B orders daily in Shopify.
· Coordinate order approval with Finance and preparation with Logistics.
· Tag, classify, and update order statuses accurately in Shopify.
· Monitor synchronization between Shopify and Odoo and report inconsistencies.
· Act as a main point of contact between Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Ecommerce, and B2B Sales.
· Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Profile:
Hard Skills:
· Proven experience in B2B Customer Service and ecommerce order management.
· Strong operational knowledge of Shopify; Odoo ERP is highly valued.
· Solid understanding of order workflows and operational KPIs.
· Fluent English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills:
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
Languages
· English: Full professional proficiency (mandatory).
· German: Highly valued.
· Additional languages are a plus.
