What You´ll Do:

The Global Automation team builds and continuously enhances a broad range of internal tools and applications that empower Criteo´s commercial and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and maximize business impact.

In this role, you will focus on scaling recommendation systems and insights for internal users, enabling smarter decisions that drive business growth. As a UX Designer, you´ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing these products to deliver clear, actionable value.

Working within a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers, you will lead user research, translate complex data into intuitive experiences, and iterate rapidly to craft seamless, impactful designs. You´ll own the end-to-end design process-from user journeys and wireframes to prototypes-while collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure usability, consistency, and accessibility.

- Put users at the center of your design process, crafting intuitive, easy-to-use internal applications that enable Criteo teams to deliver best-in-class service.

- Lead user research and usability testing to deeply understand the goals, behaviors, and pain points of internal users.

- Translate insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes through rapid iteration.

- Drive end-to-end design thinking: define problems, ideate, prototype, test, and refine solutions in close collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Use both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions.

- Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure consistency and cohesion across internal applications.

- Contribute to and evolve Criteo´s design system, ensuring scalable and accessible design practices.

- Present concepts and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders across levels and functions.

Who You Are:

- You have 2+ years of experience as a UX designer, including hands-on work leading user research.

- You thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with product managers, engineers and other designers.

- You´re a design thinker who approaches problems holistically, from user needs to polished solutions.

- You combine creativity with analytical thinking, using insights to inform every design decision.

- You´re comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments, working autonomously when needed.

- You apply user-centered design principles with a sharp eye for detail and usability.

- You communicate clearly and confidently, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.

- You´re proactive and curious, eager to pitch ideas and align teams around shared goals.

- You´re proficient in Figma, and experienced working with component libraries and design systems.

- You´re fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

- Prior experience designing internal applications or tools used by Sales or Account Management teams
