🌱 Your mission:

You'll be part of the Infrastructure and Environment team, collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety.

You'll be the key figure in ensuring environmental compliance while proposing and implementing real, sustainable improvements.

🔍 What will your day-to-day look like?

• Monitor and manage the Environmental Management System (waste, emissions, water, soil, etc.)
• Direct communication with external stakeholders (e.g., water agencies, municipalities, labs)
• Support internal and external audits and manage environmental documentation
• Identify and propose improvement actions (sustainability projects, consumption optimization, etc.)
• Lead training, awareness sessions, and support the team in adopting good environmental practices

🧠 What are we looking for?

• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and management systems (ISO 14001, EMAS…)
• Experience in industrial environments is a plus – but what we value most is attitude
• A proactive, organized, and hands-on person with the ability to coordinate tasks and people
