With more than 150 professionals across Europe (Spain and Croatia) and clinics in Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Madrid, and Miami (USA), we are entering a new phase of international growth.
Our Madrid clinic, located in Agustín de Foxá 4 (Plaza Castilla), is a benchmark in robotic neurorehabilitation, receiving patients from across Europe and internationally.
We are now strengthening our administrative structure.
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Receptionist / Office Administrator to support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, therapists, and management.
This role is essential to maintaining structure, financial accuracy, and operational clarity within the clinic.
There is real potential for professional growth within the organization for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.
- Front desk reception and patient coordination
- Managing schedules and therapy planning
- Handling patient inquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Preparing quotations, proformas, and invoices
- Supporting billing processes and payment tracking
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Coordinating waiting room flow and patient documentation
- Ensuring administrative procedures are properly followed
- Supporting operational organization and internal communication
- Previous experience in administrative or reception roles (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and administrative systems
- Spanish (native or fluent)
- English (professional level required)
