The Role

We are looking for proactive and ambitious individuals to join our Sales talent pool. By sharing your profile, you’ll be considered for future opportunities across different sales positions within our organization.
What we are looking for in this role :
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new clients to drive Immfly’s commercial growth.
- Sales Strategy: Promote Immfly’s solutions as a key differentiator, adapting the value proposition to different customer needs.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Networking: Represent Immfly at industry events to build visibility and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver the best experience for our clients.
What You Bring To The Table
- Proven sales/business development experience in aviation, airline retail, travel retail, or digital commerce solutions.
- Proven track record of driving ancillary revenue and retail partnerships with airlines or travel industry players.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to open a new market, and create commercial momentum from scratch
- A strong sales mindset and result-driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus
- A full-time permanent contract with an attractive compensation package according to your profile
