Your mission


To accelerate our international expansion, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on EMEA Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona. 


What will you do


  • Drive outbound sales and partnership opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Represent 123Compare.me at key hospitality and travel tech events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams to build campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Create and pitch commercial proposals to Hotel Groups and VARs
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure


What we’re looking for


  • Must-haves - English proficiency, analytical mindset, solid understanding of hospitality tech, proactive, and self-driven attitude.
  • Nice-to-haves - Experience in B2B SaaS or hotel distribution, existing network in hotel groups, and data-driven decision-making.
  • The Wow factor - You’re curious, fast-learning, and can turn insights into action (bonus points for a good sense of humor).
