What you’ll do

• Proposes and creates graphics with fluency, criteria and autonomy, with low supervision. Has initiative for learning about other porgrams, or brings new creative ideas.
• Adapts to creating other illustration styles if it's required. Presenting and trying different proposals is a must.
• Has a strong knowledge of interface design. Able to interpret and improve Game Design interface proposals, suggesting alternatives and simplifying complexity when necessary.
• Ability to reason, predict, and understand usability needs applied to interactive products for children.
• Ensure to transmit social/educational consciousness and diversity with our graphics.
• Proactively keeps the folders, libraries and files correctly updated.
• Actively proposes new ideas and improvements. If he/she detects any bug is capable of sharing it in the proper place or propose ideas for improve them if it's required.
• Eye catcher attitude and proactive changing any graphic if it's required.
• Is actively helping other peers a part of their team and keeps in how importante is to facilitate other peers daily work.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Communicates effectively and proactively, providing clear feedback and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
• They follow up on the implementation of their projects with Level Design/Development, keeping the Production team informed in case there are any delays.
• Verify consistency of the art with the guidelines set up by the Creative Director.

English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication—especially in asynchronous, long-form formats—is key to collaborating successfully.
