Our Client Relations department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
About your role:
- Help centralize client experience needs and feedback from regions (including online).
- Participate in the creation of the marketing briefs for client activation tools & assets.
- Follow the development of key client tools such as gifts & catalogues.
- Contribute to the creation of 360 guidelines for all client activities, rolled out WW or locally, in order to clearly relay the objectives, target, and available assets to regional CRM managers for each of these client initiatives.
- Follow up with regional CRM managers and main internal stakeholders (global teams) to gather information needed to launch client initiatives.
- Support post campaign/events reporting and analysis.
- Create regular industry benchmarks for clienteling activities.
Internships at LOEWE:
- You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
- Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
About you:
- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Client Relations
- Great attention to detail, agile and highly organized in your work
- High level of both Spanish and English (spoken and written), any other languages definitely a plus
- Able to manage multiple project and deadlines simultaneously
- Industry experience is a plus.
