Job Responsibilities

The Supply Chain and Logistics intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop work competences, ad acquire a practical experince through the following responsibilites:

• Creating purchase requests for exports (air, sea, and land shipments).
• Tracking lead times with freight forwarders to streamline our operations and maintain on-time deliveries.
• Generating invoices for international customs to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
• Managing documentation for merchandise imports to different geographical locations.
• Resolving IDocs and controlling batches in SAP to ensure smooth operations.
• Verifying FedEx shipment marking and labeling.
• Checking and managing invoices from various suppliers.
  
  

Profile

SKILLS Enthusiastic, proactive and team player. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to synthesize complex data and resolve issues. Adaptation to change. PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field. Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university. LANGUAGUES: English (Fluent C1) French is a plus. IT TOOLS: Office 365, SAP. EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in Supply Chain is a plus
