• Participation in the planification, definition and implementation of the compensation strategy.
• Management of salary diagnosis and internal equity + action plans to continue aligning our strategy with principles of meritocracy, transparency and competitiveness, always in compliance with current regulations and trying to be one step ahead in best market practices.
• Participation in the annual salary review + Varaible Remmuneration processes.
• Benchmark exercises: total compensation & market HR practices.
• Annual performance process.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to forecast and manage people's budget processes.
• Gender pay gap analysis.
• Salary management in external processes and internal promotions.
• Analysis and improvement of the social benefits scheme.
• Communication plans focused on Total Compensation, presentation of the strategy, work sessions together with the management, etc.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Graduate in Business Administration, HR or Psychology.
• Master Degree in HR is a must (preferably specialized in Compensation).
• +4 years of experience in compensation, HR cost controlling & People Analytics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems management (preferably Workday).
• Advanced level in Excel & Power Point.
• Strong analytical skills, proactivity & data driven.
• C1 level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to work in an international context.
• Ability to manage stakeholders.
• Presentation & negotiation skills.
