We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer specialized in final art and print production, with the ability to ensure excellence in printed materials while also supporting the brand’s global visual identity across digital channels.

The Position

Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to transform ideas into impeccable printed assets?

Are you passionate about design quality, production processes, and delivering premium visual materials?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in final art preparation and print-ready files.
• Understands production processes, formats, and finishing techniques in detail.
• Masters Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Can adapt and maintain Olistic’s visual identity consistently across all assets.
• Is versatile and able to support digital projects (social media, newsletters, paid campaigns) using Figma.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
• Has experience working with project management tools (preferably Asana).
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Print & Production

• Prepare and finalize materials for print: packaging, brochures, POS displays, posters, and catalogs.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards in production.
  
  
  

Creative Support

• Adapt designs for multiple formats and channels.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and B2B teams to provide visual support across the brand ecosystem.
• Guarantee consistency and alignment with Olistic’s global identity.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Freelance availability for a long-term collaboration.
• Proven experience in final art and print production.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
