Organon is looking for a student to join the Quality Assurance (QA) team for a 6 + 6 month internship.
What We Offer
- A 6-month internship within the External QA team of a global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health.
- Exposure to quality operations in external/contract manufacturing environments.
- Involvement in day-to-day quality activities, including product evaluations, change control, and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) requests.
- Participation in quality data analysis and trend evaluation.
- Regular interaction with external partners to exchange quality-related information.
- Engagement in cross-functional projects within the External QA organization.
- A dedicated mentor to support your development and provide continuous feedback.
- A collaborative and inclusive environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gain practical experience in external manufacturing quality operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills through real-world interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Learn how to navigate quality systems and regulatory expectations in a global healthcare environment.
