Our client, a New York based Investment Bank, is looking to expand its team in Madrid, and is currently searching for Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory professionals with 0-2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of live transactions of mergers and acquisitions, structuring and filling financing needs for corporations.
- Support preparation of transaction documents including teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
- Develop and lead company analysis and advanced financial analysis.
- Client interactions.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant corporate finance / investment banking / transaction advisory experience.
- Hold a qualifying academic degree in Finance with excellent educational background.
- Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English.
