As Pink’s continues to scale across markets, we are strengthening our leadership team with a Chief Capital Officer to shape how we fund growth, protect downside, and build a durable financial foundation for the future.

About the role

The Chief Capital Officer is a senior, founder-facing leader responsible for defining and executing Pink’s global capital strategy.


This role exists to ensure that capital is a strategic advantage. You will focus primarily on non-dilutive financing, balance sheet strength, and long-term financial positioning, while working closely with the founders and finance team to support disciplined expansion.


You will represent the company with financial institutions, partners, and advisors, and help translate strategy into clear, credible financial plans. This is not an accounting role. It is a leadership role at the intersection of strategy, capital, and execution.

What you will be doing
  • Defining and executing Pink’s capital strategy with a strong focus on non-dilutive funding
  • Building and managing relationships with banks, lenders, public institutions, and strategic partners
  • Structuring and negotiating financing solutions that preserve flexibility and strengthen resilience
  • Working with the finance team to ensure robust financial reporting, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Leading financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term capital planning
  • Supporting growth initiatives through disciplined capital allocation
  • Coordinating with external advisors including legal, audit, and transaction partners
  • Navigating institutional processes across jurisdictions, including Europe and the US
  • Bringing a macro-aware perspective to help the company stay ahead of market cycles


Who this role is for

This role is designed for someone who combines deal experience with operating judgment.


You likely come from:

  • Investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance
  • A growth-stage or multi-site operating environment
  • Situations where you have personally negotiated and closed complex financing


You bring CFO-level financial fluency without being a career accountant. You are comfortable across capital markets, debt structures, and institutional counterparties. International experience is important, and exposure to US markets is a strong plus.


Experience in consumer, retail, franchising, or multi-location businesses is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a senior leadership role with real authority and responsibility.


Base salary range: €190,000–€240,000, with meaningful performance-based upside and long-term incentives aligned with value creation.


Compensation will ultimately reflect the caliber, experience, and impact of the individual. We are not optimizing for cost. We are optimizing for excellence.
