We’re looking for a motivated individual who combines technical drawing skills with a passion for hands-on work in the marine world.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-evolving team that works on some of the world’s most advanced yachts and sailing systems.
Your Role:
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings in CAD and/or Fusion 360 for custom rigging solutions.
- Assist in load testing and installation of rigging components onboard.
- Work closely with rigging experts to bring concepts to life.
- Contribute to problem solving and design improvements in real world applications.
- Proficiency in CAD and/or Fusion 360 (or similar 3D design tools).
- Interest or experience in yacht rigging, marine hardware, and structural systems.
- Willingness to get hands on as this role involves both desk work and practical work onboard.
- Attention to detail, creative thinking, and a team-player attitude.
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience in the yachting industry.
- Understanding of load dynamics and materials used in marine rigging.
- Certification or knowledge in load testing procedures.
