Product Marketing Manager - Growth for Sage for Small Business is a horizontal leadership role that is accountable for leading the definition and cross functional execution of Revenue Plans that drives and manages the commercial growth of Sage for Small Business.
You will be responsible for translating and localising the Business Unit strategy and propositions (as defined by Product Marketing) into Spanish revenue strategies and ensuring clarity and alignment across functions of what we want to achieve and how.
This is a Hybrid role with three days per week in one of our offices (Sant Cugat, Barcelona or Madrid)
Responsabilidades principales Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the Spanish ambassador; surfacing new growth opportunities for Sage for Small Business ideas and initiatives with the Business Unit
- Building single, end-to-end execution plans that have high confidence for delivery of our revenue/growth targets, within our cost/margin targets.
- Leading the end-to-end execution of the plans across functions including ensuring we are tracking performance, understanding risks and opportunities, and adjusting the plan accordingly to mitigate or take advantage of these.
- Using customer, market, competitor, performance, and execution insights/learnings to influence and support the designing of Business Unit Strategy and propositions, to unlock even higher growth.
- Maintaining and regularly updating the Spanish Sage for Small Business Revenue Plan(s) and Launch Calendar
- Being recognized as the unique Spanish referent for operational teams (Sales, Support, etc.) on Sage for Small Business, acting as the single point of contact for Spain
Requirements
- Language Requirements: Spanish (Essential) English (Essential) Portuguese (Desirable)
- Proven experience in executing product and proposition growth strategies across multi-functional teams.
- Understanding of product marketing methodologies combined with marketing/communications and ability to work with marketing and sales/channel teams.
- Creativity and believing in the art of the possible, balanced with the discipline to execute in a matrix organization.
- Experience of launching technology products in the cloud, to disrupt markets through innovative ideas balanced with market research against a strategic plan would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Spain which includes the business needs and challenges faced by customers, competitors in the space would be a plus.
