We’re looking for a Head of Brand Creative EMEA to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Lead and oversee the operational performance, creative quality, and commercial alignment of all markets within your region.

• Act as the main regional design leader, ensuring stability, consistency, and alignment across countries with varying volumes and priorities.

• Manage and support the Creative Brand Lead team, ensuring briefs are correctly processed and communication with Sales and CSM teams is clear and effective.

• Oversee daily regional workflows, ensuring SLA compliance and proactively identifying and resolving risks to delivery or quality.

• Maintain close alignment with Sales Directors and CSM Directors, anticipating demand peaks and clarifying expectations to prevent operational friction.

• Ensure regional production operates predictably and that global display operations processes are consistently applied.

• Hold ultimate accountability for creative quality across the region, monitoring consistency and addressing recurring issues.

• Collaborate with the Global Head of Display Operations to align workflows, share regional insights, and resolve structural challenges.

• Partner with the Group Technical Design Head to address advanced technical needs and adjust workflows when required.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience in creative production, digital advertising, or design operations within multi-market or regional environments.
• Strong mastery of workflow dynamics and SLA-driven production models.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to provide structure, direction, and operational clarity to senior creative teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working closely with Sales and CSM leadership.
• Strong operational judgment and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly in fast-paced, high-demand conditions.
• A quality-driven mindset, with a proven ability to maintain creative consistency across multiple markets.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global operations and technical design teams.
• Ability to balance regional autonomy with global standards and processes.
