What you will be doing:
- Refine and implement sales/marketing strategy to improve our client footprint and maximize associated revenue while working with management/colleagues to establish a clear marketing plan with defined priorities, market penetration and revenue goals
- Leverage your contact network and introduce them to the Our offering.
- Work closely to understand client needs with the aim of increasing client satisfaction and revenue.
- Advise team in strategic positioning and closing transactions with various internal stakeholders (trading, legal, credit and risk etc.).
- Lead strong governance and controls through close partnerships with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
- Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have had a client facing role working with Spread Products and have established relationships with Iberian Credit investors.
A history of building and maintaining client relationships with the correct client base and strong commercial awareness.
Detailed knowledge of primary / secondary and macro trends, credits, CDS and Credit Index trading, and risk management.
Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, and externally often at a senior level.
Advanced judgment and conducts in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions. Required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas. Significant impact on a function and / or the business through making decisions that determine technical approaches and strategies for the area on a global product basis.
