Strategize Fearlessly: Co-design the global roadmap with me. Lead automation, AI-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and smart travel solutions. Build systems companies actually rely on, not just presentations.

Build the Future: Negotiate game-changing partnerships. Unlock new markets. Recruit and grow the first A-team of thinkers, doers, and innovators. Your decisions will define the company’s trajectory.

Own the DNA: Shape the culture, energy, and values of Suitpax. Embed your ideas in the company’s DNA. Forget hierarchy—I move fast, think big, and execute relentlessly. I need someone who matches that energy.

Act Quickly: Spot problems before anyone else. Create solutions before they become crises. Experiment boldly, fail fast, learn faster. Every insight moves the company forward.

Think Big, Move Bold: Corporate travel has been stuck in the past for decades. Challenge assumptions, break outdated processes, and leverage AI to deliver efficiency, personalization, and delight at scale.


KPIs / OKRs you’ll own:

Reduce corporate travel booking time by X% within 12 months

Increase AI-powered travel recommendations adoption by users to Y%

Close strategic partnerships with at least 3 major travel vendors in the first 6 months

Build a high-performing team of at least 5 core hires in the first year

Launch and scale AI features that generate measurable ROI for clients
