Job Responsibilities
Commercial Management
- Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment - order placement, delivery, invoicing, backorder management, stock monitoring - ensuring timely and accurate execution. Orders are placed directly by the Partner on a dedicated platform or by the Area Sales Manager in SalesForce.
- Establish effective communication with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure constant and clear communication with Area Sales Managers regarding delivery schedules, delays, out of stocks and unforeseen challenges.
- Manage B2B assortment and client access.
- Manage SalesForce assortment per door.
- Product allocation of Limited Editions and references under constrain according to retailer priority, quota, sell-out and order date.
- Update Boutique’s out of assortment references: limited editions or under constrain or manual replenishment.
- Manage returns and reallocation to the Logistic Platform or to local stock, in which case includes the reception, SAT review and shipment to the store.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HQ’s teams, such as sales and supply chain, to ensure seamlesscoordination and execution of customer orders.
- Consignations, keep track of what watches consigned and manage shipments, invoice if sold and returns in the timeframe agreed.
- Manage Prototypes. Track reception, usage and returns.
- Manage staff purchases following the established procedure.
- Database management: Retailers, Brand Ambassadors etc
- Manage Trade Stock (SalesForce / B2B)
- Maintain and share Price Lists.
- Maintain Store Locator.
- Manage GWP stock.
- Manage Watches and Wonders Agenda
- SAP Key User
- Excel
- SalesForce Key User
Holder of a Bachelor degree in business or an equivalent discipline. Initial experience in sales administration or business analyst or management control. Fluent in Spanish and good command of English or French, Portuguese is a plus. Proficient in Excel. SAP, SalesForce, PowerPoint and Word are a plus. Good interpersonal skills and Commercial mindset. Flexibility and Sense of service Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and diplomatic, with excellent customer service skills, ability to manage priorities, ambiguity and a desire to thrive in a dynamic environment.
