Hybrid (Madrid HQ) – Paid Internship

We’re looking for someone curious, motivated, and excited to learn how digital advertising and user experience (UX) work together to grow real businesses. This is a paid internship with the chance to join the team longer-term if it’s the right fit.

You’ll get hands-on experience with ads, website performance, and data — and learn how strategy, content, and design come together to create results. We work fast, we care about doing things well, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing / Learning

• Learning how we run retargeted, targeted, Google, and display ad campaigns
• Supporting with UX reviews of websites and landing pages
• Using tools to track user behaviour and identify areas for improvement
• Helping improve conversion rates through research and testing
• Gaining a clear understanding of how ads, UX, and content work together
• Working with our creative, content, and data teams to support client campaigns
• Getting familiar with AI tools used in research, automation, and analysis
