Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role based in Madrid for a Sales Manager / Sales Consultant.

The person in this position will manage and grow sales, develop client relationships, and help expand our presence in the European HoReCa and food distribution markets.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying new clients, maintaining regular contact with existing partners, visiting customers, and ensuring excellent service.

We are flexible in the collaboration format and open to:

  • Sales Manager working on a commission basis
  • Sales Consultant / Freelancer for project-based assignments
  • Business Development Advisor with strong market connections
Who We Are Looking For

A person from the market — someone with hands-on experience in the food industry, distribution, or HoReCa segment.

Ideally, someone who:

  • Has worked in a distribution company or procurement department of a major retail or foodservice chain (e.g., McDonald’s or other large networks)
  • Understands how our B2B clients operate
  • Has an established network among potential clients in the market of food distributors, retail chains, cafés, and restaurant groups
  • Knows the dynamics of the HoReCa and food distribution ecosystem
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales within the food, distribution, or HoReCa industry
  • Existing network of contacts in the target market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
