As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools.
We are looking for someone who loves solving problems, improving efficiency and always finds the way to get things done!
This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works!.
About The Role:
- Lead one of the team verticals, including defining the strategy, refining KPIs, managing a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for the execution
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with senior management of the company across all teams and locations
- Work in a cross functional team to launch and scale complex projects with different workstreams
- Define and support the strategy of your vertical and the scalability of the projects
- Ensure individual team members are effective, and define their goals to assure success
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members
- Execute analysis of business opportunities and processes
- Analyze performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and implement short-mid and long-term solutions to improve it
- Project management / startup or consulting background (7y+ experience)
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience
- Solution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong skills in creating and developing relationships with C-level executives.
- Ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff.
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts while being in contact with the top management - very high visibility and exposure both internally and externally.
- This is not a position for an event production background

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Expansion & Operations Management to join our fast-growing restaurant group in United States. As the Head of Expansion & Operations Management, you will be responsible for leading the expansion efforts and ensuring the smooth operations of our restaurants. The candidate must speak English fluently, must have proven experience in the restaurant industry. This position is to work in the United States (work visa will be processed).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute expansion strategies to grow the restaurant group's presence in the US.
- Oversee the operational aspects of all restaurant locations, including staffing, training, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the expansion and operational activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met and address any operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Assist HR with the the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members, ensuring a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry regulations to ensure compliance at all restaurant locations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members and management team to foster professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support the growth and expansion goals of the restaurant group.
- Represent the restaurant group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and connections.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, with a focus on expansion and operations.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in restaurant operations (and ideally in the US).
- Must be fluent in English and must have Spanish.
