About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our EMEA IT Support team, based in Barcelona, with a strong focus on supporting the German market.
In this role, you will provide high-quality remote IT support to end users across EMEA, acting as a key contact for incidents, requests, and workplace IT needs. You will also be involved in hardware lifecycle management, onboarding of new employees, and collaboration with global IT teams to ensure stable and secure IT services.

Key responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support from Barcelona to internal colleagues across EMEA, with primary focus on German-speaking users
- Handle incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and internal IT infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals according to global IT standards
- Support user onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation and basic IT guidance
- Work closely with Global IT teams and local stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
- Monitor and support IT security measures, including software and antivirus updates
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Support asset management, inventory tracking, and hardware lifecycle planning
- Act as a reliable IT contact for local management and contribute to reporting activities
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in an IT Support / IT Service Desk role within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and standard workplace IT tools
- Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of PC hardware, basic networking (TCP/IP), and remote support tools
- German language (native or C-level) is mandatory; good English communication skills required
- Structured, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a global IT organisation across time zones

Responsabilidades clave
- Recoger y analizar los requisitos funcionales del cliente, definir el alcance del proyecto y estimar esfuerzos para establecer una planificación realista y alineada con las necesidades de negocio.
- Preparar propuestas comerciales, planes de proyecto, cronogramas y entregables, asegurando una definición clara de objetivos, hitos, recursos y dependencias.

Requisitos imprescindibles
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o formación equivalente.
- Experiencia demostrable gestionando proyectos tecnológicos, incluyendo planificación, seguimiento, coordinación de equipos y relación directa con clientes.
- Capacidad para realizar análisis funcional, definición de requisitos, documentación de procesos y seguimiento de pruebas durante proyectos de implantación de software.

About Your Day-to-day
The QA team is looking for an experienced Manual QA Tester to work as part of our expanding mobile applications QA group.
The ideal candidate has a passion for music, experience using AppleMusic in the Apple ecosystem, a solid black box QA background and experience testing media applications on Android/Linux(Tizen)/WebOS.
- Ensure the smooth usability of the mobile app.
- Design and execute test cases to improve the testing pipeline.
- Write detailed documentation about your test and the plans that you execute.
- Ensure critical standards and testing coverage for the text execution.
- Experience testing iOS and or Android applications
- Experience with the Apple software and hardware Ecosystem.
- Experience testing cloud based client/server technologies.
- Music and/or audio mobile apps experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of SQA methodologies and practices.
- Proven bug detection and regression skills.
- Ability to work closely with a large team of testers & developers.
- Experience reporting and tracking bugs & third-party issues.
- Extensive use of QA tools and networking tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with command line interface (CLI), editing and running existing test scripts.
