Job Description

Reportando al comité directivo; El/la candidato/a seleccionado dirigirá un complejo que combina innovación, deporte, hospitality, restauración, wellness y estilo de vida, en un entorno deportivo y clima privilegiado, con un modelo pionero a nivel internacional.

Responsabilidades principales

• Liderar el pre-opening completo: definición de estándares, manuales operativos, customer journey, contratación, formación, procesos y políticas.
• Dirigir la operación integral del resort (villas, restauración, retail, eventos, wellness, beach club, áreas comunes).
• Colaborar estrechamente con el Director de Surf Operations, para integrar las dos operativas en una experiencia fluida y coherente.
• Garantizar una experiencia de cliente premium, orientada a un público sofisticado, deportivo y familiar.
• Supervisar resultados económicos, P&L, forecast, estrategias de pricing y revenue management.
• Liderar un equipo de 90-100 personas, construyendo cultura, excelencia y orientación a resultados.
• Ser el principal enlace entre la propiedad, el comité de dirección y los diferentes partners (incluyendo el área de restauración, con un partner estratégico)
• Representar la instalación ante instituciones, stakeholders locales, turismo, deporte y comunidad.
• Velar por la seguridad, la normativa, la calidad y la sostenibilidad en un entorno altamente técnico.
• Contribuir a la construcción de un modelo operativo escalable y replicable en futuras localizaciones.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Experiencia consolidada (10-15 años) en posiciones de Dirección General, Dirección de Operaciones o Dirección de Área en resorts, hoteles premium, destinations resorts, parques temáticos, complejos deportivos o proyectos híbridos hospitality & leisure.
• Trayectoria demostrada gestionando operaciones multiservicio que incluyan alojamiento, restauración, retail, actividades deportivas, wellness y experiencias.
• Haber liderado procesos de apertura (pre-opening) de proyectos de gran escala, incluyendo diseño de estándares, definición de procesos, selección y estructuración de equipos, y coordinación con propiedad y stakeholders técnicos.
• Experiencia consolidada en la gestión económica integral del negocio: P&L, presupuestos, forecasts, revenue management, estrategias comerciales y planificación financiera.
• Capacidad para liderar en entornos dinámicos, retadores y altamente visibles.
• Perfil analítico, resolutivo y con visión de negocio.
• Visión estratégica con enfoque muy práctico.
• Capacidad de convivir con equipos expertos en áreas técnicas complejas.
• Perfil actual, sensibilidad hacia marca, estética, tendencias y experiencias.
• Excelentes capacidades de comunicación.
• Inglés fluido; otros idiomas, un plus.
• Se valorará positivamente tener conocimientos o experiencia sobre el sector del turismo de surf.

The aim of compliance-driven due diligence is to assess our clients' actual or potential counterparties, looking for any issues that might pose a reputational or other risk to them.

As part of a dedicated team (VANTAGE), the compliance due diligence researcher role involves media research, working with databases, primary documents and other sources to uncover reputational and criminal issues and ultimate beneficial ownership, as well as making sense of complex corporate structures and identifying possible political and sanctions exposure.

Your main task will be to review, coordinate and report the findings of OSINT and HUMINT research concisely within short timeframes. A meticulous eye for detail is a must in this challenging, fast-paced role. The right candidate will be a team player who can maintain a positive attitude under pressure. You will be required to make sense of complex information and have a clear and crisp writing style.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Work on a range of due diligence assignments, which include corporate compliance/ABAC/ESG and financial crime/IPO/KYC projects
• Conduct media and database research using complex search criteria and following a strict methodology
• Liaise with in-country source networks to obtain relevant compliance-related information not available via OSINT sources.
• Analyse search results within the context of the project and the country,
• Distil conclusions and identify indirect connections from research findings
• Rate findings based on standard or tailored risk assessment methodologies
• Summarise all relevant findings in a report
